Third-party services
Our audience measurement, described below, and our fonts, hosted on our own website, do not use any third-party service. To display our customers' reviews, this website uses a Google service (Google Maps). Your browser then connects to Google's servers, which receive, among other things, your IP address. This service is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Audience measurement
To know how many people visit the website, we count the visits to each page ourselves, with a small program installed on our OVH hosting, without any third-party service.
For each page displayed, we record only: the date and time (to the minute), the page viewed, the country (when the host can infer it from the connection), the main language of your browser, and whether it is your first visit to this page and to the website during your browsing session.
We do not record your IP address, the name or version of your browser, or any identifier: this information cannot be used to recognise you. No profile is built, no data is cross-referenced, passed on or sold, and your browsing on other websites is not tracked.
These anonymous statistics are used only to measure visits to the website. They are kept for 25 months at most, then deleted automatically.
You can object to this measurement at any time. If your browser sends the “Global Privacy Control” or “Do Not Track” signal, your visits are not counted. You can also use the switch below, which remembers your choice in this browser.
Your visits are currently counted, anonymously.
Cookie policy
This website sets a single cookie, named “coincoin_visite”. It is a technical session cookie: it has no expiry date and is deleted when you close your browser.
Its only purpose is to recognise the current browsing session, so that your visit to a given page is counted only once. It contains only the coded list of pages already counted during this session, nothing that identifies you. It is read only by our website, never by third parties, and is used neither for profiling nor for advertising.
According to the guidelines of the CNIL, the French data protection authority (article 82 of the French Data Protection Act), audience-measurement cookies may be exempt from consent when they are used only to produce anonymous statistics for the website publisher alone, without cross-referencing with other data or tracking browsing on other websites, and when their information is not kept for more than 25 months. Our cookie meets these conditions: this is why we do not ask for your consent and do not display a cookie banner.
You can block or delete this cookie in your browser settings: the website will work normally. Without it, each page displayed simply counts as a new visit.
Your preferences (language, theme, low-vision mode, stitch and thread colour, game settings and records) and, where applicable, your refusal of audience measurement are stored only in your browser (local storage). They are never sent to us.
